Tazmoe had the opportunity to work McKim and Creed to help teach employees at the City of Montreal how to process Mobile Mapping data.

Patience and a Sense of Humour Required

I always find it a rewarding experience when teaching new skills to people eager to learn. The folks at the City of Montreal were no exception. They had received data from the Lynx Mobile Mapping system both LiDAR and images of Montreal. We used the Terrasolid products to process the data. From TerraScan for setting up the project and classifying the data to TerraPhoto to view the collected imagery. This experience was challenging because it was performed using the "GoTo Meeting" software from our remote location, thus the sense of humour and patience requirement.
